For this, you can mix together one tablespoon of white vinegar and one tablespoon of warm water. Make sure water is not so hot for your pooch’s ear. Keep cotton ball or swab handy so that you can finish this dog’s non-favorite activity earlier. If required, you may restrain it.

Dip the cotton ball into above solution and squeeze it so that ball is wet but liquid doesn’t drip. Then gently swab its outer ear with cotton ball to clean all the dirt and dust. For puppies, using small cotton swab is favorable. Be careful and don’t go too deep into its ear or else it may harm. Try to stay at the front of the canal while being gentle and your pooch will be just fine with ear cleaning.
