You can sprinkle baking soda with the flour sifter on the carpet in your home. Keep it for 15-20 minutes after sprinkling and then go for vacuuming. It will remove all the dirt from the carpet. For freshness, you can even add some essential fragrance oil to the baking soda before sprinkling.

With a plastic spray bottle, sprinkle some white vinegar on the toilet bowl without missing walls and seat. After that, sprinkle some baking soda and then some water. Skin allergy in cats is common due to indigestion of food to which the cat is allergic. Commonly known as dermatologic food reaction, it causes severe itching and other discomfort.

Why bathing for the dog must be taken seriously

Bathing the dog is not just a task; it has to be taken very seriously. If this is not taken seriously then it will cause serious infections in pets. This may sound more serious than it is but this is the fact. The main reason for this is as follows-
  1. Bathing removes dirt and dust from the pooch’s body. If the pooch is not given a proper bath then the dirt will keep on accumulating and will stick to the pet’s body along with the oil secretion.
  2. There are occasions when a pet has to be taken to any grassy or wild place for a walk and it is quite possible that it will be infected by fleas and ticks over there. During this situation after coming home if it is groomed properly which included combing as well as bathing then it will be the best choice. It has been noticed that pets who are not given this care and attention, they develop severe infection and suffer  a lot in this regard.
  3. During the summer season, bathing provides a cooling effect on the pet and thus cleans up the sweat pores. As a result the pet feels relaxed  and is very much comfortable.
  4. During monsoon time, one must ensure that the pet is given right bath and maintain the right time period.
  5. Over bathing the pet may cause severe skin and health problem, too much bathing can cause dry skin and this is why it much be avoided at all cost.
  6. Bathing also gives a perfect glow to the skin and fur for sure. As the skin and fur get cleaned, the dog feels comfortable and thus its mood is also enhanced.

One must ensure that the dog be given a bath using the right product so that there is no compromise in its health. Using a wrong product may cause severe problems with the animal. Human products must be avoided at all cost.

The most essential thing for a dog during the monsoon is a dog raincoat

The most essential thing for a dog during the monsoon season is a raincoat. During this season, it is essential that the dog goes out for various purposes and therefore it must be protected from the bad weather.

It is not possible that the dog will remain dry if it goes out during the rainy season therefore nowadays  even vets suggest pet lovers to buy a raincoat for the pet as it will keep it dry as well as protected from outside cold weather.

I too have a pooch and just last week it got badly wet in the rain when we went for walk. I dried it completely and also used a hair dryer on it. However it was a bit late. Just after 3 hours, I observed that when I offered it some food, it refused.. I could not understand the reason for the same then I took it to the vet and the vet said that the pooch was having fever.

I was really worried although the vet assured me that it will get well soon in just few hours. The vet gave me some medicines and also directed me how to give it to the pooch.

After that she also explained me that I need to buy a raincoat for the pooch as it will keep the pooch protected from train. Now during the monsoon season, it is practically not possible for the pooch to remain dry when it goes out for a walk.

I got the pooch raincoat from a reputed online pet store and saw that after my pooch wore it, it was relieved from the cold and wet weather. Now I can take my pooch out for a walk and after he wears the raincoat he walks with pride without being worried about catching cold.

More than this, the immune system of pet dogs is not so string as they are of stray dogs therefore, it is essential that they be given extra protection. Buying a dog raincoat is the best thing and it is therefore essential that every pet lover must make an important note of this.

Dog care is very essential during monsoon

As monsoon sets in, it is very essential to take proper care of dogs since just like humans even they are exposed to various health issues. Dogs cannot express themselves through language but they can express only through the eyes. It is also said that dogs have huge tolerance level but that does not mean that we will leave them to keep tolerating any discomfort. So here are some very essential monsoon care tips for a pooch that must not be ignored at any cost.

Dog care must be special during monsoon

Hypothermia
This is a condition where the body temperature falls very low and thus the pet may shiver and in extreme cases, it may lead to death as well. If it is too rainy or the weather is too cold then it is suggested to take the dog out only by making it wear boots, jacket and a raincoat. . Unlike stray dogs, pet dogs have a weaker immune system.

After bringing the dog back, it is essential to dry it properly as in monsoon it takes time for fur to dry completely.

The right diet
Another essential thing about monsoon care is to provide the dog with highly nutritious foods so that it develops a strong immune system. During monsoon, it is essential that the dog remains healthy and fit.

Proper exercise
Proper exercise is also essential during the monsoon season as due to weather conditions, the dog may not able to go out every time. In this case, it is essential to provide some indoor games for the dog and the master must play with it as well.

Every season has a different core requirement and therefore the same must be provided for the dog. Our pet dogs are wholly and solely dependent on us so it is our responsibility to take care of them always.

If your pet is away from you, come command will grab attention of your dog towards you. It will also help to find out your puppy if missing in public space.
